They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find.Dr Rissover is professional but is not really interested in the welfare of his patients and acts superior and irritable I would not go see him again or recomend him

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
