I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Dr. Kolp is very attentive and his staff is pleasant, but the office is busy and sometimes you have to wait a long time. Although the last two times I went, I was seen in a timely manner. Also, he keeps Saturday hours which I found to be very helpful when I got sick Thurs night into Fri....I was was seen in a timely manner.

Every single one of my questions were answered during the appointment. I was so relieved that they were able to give me so much useful information. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
