Dr Kolp is AMAZING! The girls he has working for him should be re-trained in customer service or fired. The wait is always long, but he takes his time with his patients and I greatly appreciate that. The staff/nurses sometime forget you are sitting waiting. They are NOT on the ball and are not friendly. I would recommend Dr Kolp to anyone looking for a great doctor!

Dr. Kolp is very attentive and takes time to answer all questions. But the staff is not that friendly, and don't go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They consistently run WAY behind schedule. Be prepared to wait an hour or much more beyond your appointment time. This happens EVERY TIME I've been there. Overworked? Understaffed? Too many patients? I found another doctor because of this.

Though often running past the appointment time set (sometimes up to an hour or longer) once in the exam room Dr. Kolp spends as much time as needed allowing your to ask questions, explain your problem and then gives complete advice on treatment and follow up care if needed in normal terms so you can easily understand your condition..

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
