Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I feel fortunate to have such a super, knowledgeable and obviously caring MD. He is thorough, takes plenty of time with my questions, and has a wide breadth of knowledge.

I feel extremely confident being in his care, and all of his staff are thoroughly professional.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
