I called to schedule an appoint with Dr. Chung and I was booked 3 weeks out. Also, I had to put in a notice at work in advance for the time off also.
3 weeks finally gets here, and an hour before my appointment someone from Dr. Chungs staff leaves me msg that I need to reschedule due to a conflict. After waiting almost 3 weeks? I "need" to? Really? I was appalled at how rude and unfriendly the entire message was. I never called back I figured the amount of professionalism with scheduling was good enough preview of this doctors view of the how he values patients time and their bodies.

Yes, they have a great website and are present in many online directories

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
