The doctor "fired" me as a patient because I had the audacity to complain about a member of his staff. To be clear, a nurse was rude with me, so I called and lodged a complaint with his office. Next thing I know I'm getting a letter "firing" me! Apparently he doesn't need the business and definitely doesn't care what a patient, excuse me, former patient, has to say.
What does this mean for you, a perspective client? Only this: the doctor and his staff are ALWAYS right. If you have a problem, best keep it to yourself, but only if you want to stay a patient.
