Dr Michalak is very attentive, genuine, and takes his time with you He is very knowledgeable. His nurse is amazing and very personable. The entire office staff is very professional and the office business is well run.

This is an A+ operation in every sense of the word. I've never felt rushed with my time with Dr. Michalak and on occassions felt a little guilty taking so much of his time with questions. I don't doctor for aches and pains so I don't make an appointment until my brain overrides my machismo and tells me its time to get help. When I call the office and explain my situation, they try to get me in right away and if Dr. Michalak isn't available, they'll have someone else see me.. I make sure not to abuse that because I realize eveyones busy there but after the first visit you'll get the commect impression that this is indeed a family practice that cares.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

I've been a patient of Dr. Michalak for 20 years when he was fresh out of medical school. During this entire period, I've always felt that he's very competent, knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer all your questions. Columbus is lucky to have Dr. Michalak.
