I was 20 minutes late to an appointment. I needed to come in for the doctor to refill a prescription that I have taken for about 10 years for depression. The doctor could not see me. When I asked if they could help me with an intermediate prescription (the next available appointment was a week out) because I suffer severe withdrawal symptoms (Zoloft is not a medication that you can suddenly stop taking), the nurse said that I had known since January that I needed an appointment. That may be true, but over the last 2 months I have been taking my 6 year old son to numerous doctors appointments and he has finally been diagnosed with OCD. It wasn't the refusal as much as the complete dismissal and the attitude that accompanied the answer. So, here I sit, with tears streaming down my face going through withdrawal while trying to somehow be a decent single parent to my little boy. Thanks for your support Dr. Williams. Thanks alot.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
