are you kidding me? lets see Shelia has the manners and temperament of a zoo animal...so very rude,unprofessional,,no compassion or customer service skills..i could find a slow chimp that would treat people better than her..Kathy is slightly better i would describe her as a slow chimp...as far as dr.Jessie...i wouldnt take a sick dog to see him...he is cold uninterested,,,never followed up...wouldnt return calls..needs to grow a set and straighten out his staff..but then there is still the fact of being a horrible doctor

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I'm uncertain, and never got a clear answer, on why FMLA paperwork couldn't be filled out for me for a chronic issue I have that has lasted over four years. Slightly disappointed about that.
