DR. HACKETT HERSELF IS AN AWESOME DOCTOR AND A COUPLE OF THE NURSES WITHIN HER STAFF ARE AMAZING AND ARE VERY NICE. OFFICE ADMIN. NOT SO NICE AND ALWAYS MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE TAKING UP THEIR TIME. ANYTIME YOU NEED TO SET APPTS WITH THEM ITS HOLDHOLDHOLD AND HANG UP AND JUST PLAIN RUDE.

This was the worst office visit I'd ever had with a professional?? doctor. She was so rude,and I had to wait 45 minutes past my appt. time. Only to have Dr Martha to rush me through my visit, and "insult" me as if I were a child over and over aqain....I will NEVER go back to her. She is RUDE AND UNCARING.

Dr. Martha has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. In these 20 yrs she has always been courteous and respectful. She takes the time to listen to my concerns. I always come prepared to my visit so that I don't waste her time nor mine. Dr. Martha has been after me to stop eating cheese for a few years (I was so addicted to it), telling me how bad it is for your body. After having some hip issues that were getting worse this year, I vowed to lose some weight to see if that would help, in turn I cut back on the cheese I was eating. Within 6 months I lost 24#. I also cut back on the amount of meat that I was eating by her suggestion as well. Meat just sat in my stomach like a rock anyway I was never crazy about eating it. I now eat meat once a day, at dinner (I have to still cook it for my husband) but I only consume a small portion. I have added hummus and veggies to my diet and I feel great. The weight hasn't helped with my hip problem since I recently found out that I have arthritis in my hip. I can't thank her enough for the help on sending me down the right path of wellness, I feel great!
