This doctor's office will call you and give you a life-changing diagnosis on the phone, with no appropriate counseling as to what you are supposed to do with the information. When you call and ask to talk to your doctor, they will not return your phone call, but will relay information through the nurses, who don't even know the gender of your doctor, which to me means they did not even talk to her! The nurses are very inefficient - you will have to visit several times for small things such as a blood sugar monitor or documents which they were supposed to fax somewhere, but never did. Immediately after diagnosed I went and asked for a blood sugar monitoring device and the nurse who refused to give me one did so in the very room that they store the blood sugar monitors! I had to go for an additional visit to pick the monitor up. My diagnosis was relayed to me on the phone by a nurse with no counseling and I did not get my calls returned by the doctor at any point during the two weeks afterwards. I was given partial information and the letter I had originally went for was being held hostage so I would go for more visits and spend my HSA money, even though I was already diagnosed. Honestly, this was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor's office in any country I have lived in.
