I have been seeing Dr. Brunner for endocrine issues for several years now and each and every time I visit the EDCC I am always greeted kindly by the staff. Dr. Brunner is awesome. He will do whatever he needs to do to solve your medical problem. HE, not a nurse has even called me at home with blood work/test results in the evening after 6 P.M. when he should have been out of the office by then. He has done this several times actually one time was on a Sunday evening. He is the most dedicated and caring doctor I have ever been to. He has a lab right on site so blood tests that need to be done can be done right there. Wish all the doctors in this world cared as much as he does!

Dr Brunner is fantastic. I had serious endocrine problems when I first went to him. He ran tests and perscribed some medicine that no other endocrinologist had considered. Within two weeks, I was over the severe symptoms I had suffered for 10 years. I moved to a different state after first starting with him. I tried multiple endocrinologist in the new location and actually got so messed up from medication changes with the new doctors that I chose to fly back to Toledo hoping he could help. After one visit, he changed my medication and I have been great every since. I have now moved across country and am scheduling my appointment with him. Having a doctor this good is worth the extra expense. Having a poor one can be incredibly scary. He has very good knowledge of his field, listens well, has great patient manners and actually has alot of common sense. I highly recommend him and the clinic.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The staff is clearly working hard and fast. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated the educational materials that play on the flatscreen in the waiting room.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
