I find this dr. is very slow to refill prescriptions. I have the heart clinic I go to each month fax them or the pharmacist fax them three to four times and this dr. still won't give me a refill for my prescriptions. I have to go about a week before they will respond to anybody. And I try to get my prescriptions 3 or 4 days before I run out.

Dr. Amsterdam is a wonderful, knowledgalbe and caring man - he made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail. He has his patients at Heart - no pun intended...i have recommended him to all my friends and family.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
