Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

No, I didn't notice an odor

Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
