Impossible like to get an appointment. When I finally got one, had to wait forever, she was not familiar with the paperwork I filled out in advance and had not reviewed the imaging sent by the hospital. She did glance at it but seemed eager to get in and out of the exam room as quickly as possible. The "remedy" she offered was next to worthless. Her attitude screams that she would rather be retired. I will not be going back.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
