I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child.

This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
