The front desk staffs did not do their jobs. Lost fax, put other patient's file in my son's chart. When I asked for the explanation, she said "I am just the one who makes the copy." If a monkey can do the job, why she works there? In healthcare field, this kind of person should never been hired. Also the female PA is very rude, insulted my husband and son, very unprofessional. Even we like the doctors and Joseph, we decided to choose another practice. Same things happened to my friends, but they are nice to put a negative review. But the truth is there are some problems in this office.
