I have seen Dr Carlson on an off for years. He and Irene Kennedy, MSW were friendly and make me feel at home. The always make me feel respected and cared for. All the advice Dr Carlson gave me was completely unbiased. He never try to forceopinions on me, and gave me genuine advice that was in my best interest. This is a physician to trust. Just wish they took BCBS.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Never waited longer than 2 minutes in the waiting room. They were very interested in everything I had to say. Have seen this physician for many years and experienced much progress.

Absolutely. They were extremely condescending and demeaning

Not at all! They barely listened to a word I said
Did this psychiatrist leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Not at all! The provider was always present and attentive
