Very REAL,DOWN TO EARTH and while in private session, very well rounded and knowledgeable in medicine associated, but not limited to just in his medical profession of psychiatry, as well as the body in general as a collective part or role associated with psychiatry;("MIND, BODY and SOUL")and is very dynamic, personable,patient and seeks to understand each one of his patients' as uniquely as they are special human beings. He really looks deep inside without any traits of judgementalism. Also, you can be yourself, which not all psychiatrists' posess this quality,and the ones who do, are special and gifted in this respected field of medicine. He will honor and respect those who at least try to be honest.(e.g. trust,emotional issues etc.) Do not DECEIVE and then expect an improvement in mental health! He will be very compassionate and will do all he can to get you better, but as anyone worthy of help the latter statement should go unsaid and rather just understood.. At any rate, like in life you get out what you put into it! And if this is one of your deficiencies like all human beings,you wouldn't be human even if you thought you were w/o issues and imperfections or know someone who seems to have it all together. If you are truly seeking help, Dr. Barringer will make every possible effort to get you back on the better and healthier path, as long as you want that and are willing to also make every possible effort where information integrity is concerned. I attest to it!

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made sure every question I had was answered thoroughly, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
