They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Dr. Boyd is one of the kindest, most caring doctors I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how crazy the question or concern was, he was always happy to help me. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. My experience with Cape Fear Sports Medicine, is always fantastic. I am confident that they are using the latest treatment methods.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming . I was impressed with the progress and quick recovery my student/athlete was able to make after visiting them.

First time to this place. Had trouble finding this place and got there 20 minutes late. Seems understandable when you have never been somewhere before but not to the receptionist. They told me the work in appointments took priority over mine which was scheduled weeks before and I would have to wait 2+ hours if I wanted to get in for an appointment. It isn't my fault they have walk-ins and bad scheduling. No understanding or courtesy whatsoever. Wasted an hour walking around in shorts in 40 degree weather.
