I am 82 years old and have had many surgeries in my lifetime and DR. McAvoy is the best I have ever had. i had my hip replacement on Tuesday
morning and when I got home on Friday Morning I climbed the steps that led into my house. staid up and finished my Christmas wrapping, and other things I wanted to do. "GOD IS GREAT" and so is Dr. Mc Avoy!!!

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. When I inquired about treating my condition I was told that he would but " It's not like you are a professional baseball player or anything...". To me that was belittleing and against his supposed oath.
