Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
