They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Dr. Mortensen made me feel like I was
in the best possible care. I work in the health field and come across many kinds and he is top notch. Saying I am pleased with him and his wonderful staff is an understatement.
