All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Nisha Patel, MD was very thorough and informative. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. My appointments never get canceled last minute, They are extremely reliable. I sometimes have to wait longer than expected to be seen by the Dr. , but she is spends quite a lot of time with each patient and explains everything.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
