Excellent doctor. I have been seeing him for years. He always takes time & makes me feel like I am the only patient he is seeing that day. I originally went to see him because he was recommended by a physician friend of mine. I have never been disappointed with his care.

Wonderful doctor. Very good surgeon. Everything went exactly the way he said it would and I was allowed to go home the same day as my hysterectomy. I have been seeing him for over 15 years and he delivered all of my children, he even came in @ 2 am when he was not on call for my last one. I can't say enough great things about him

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

Dr. Panner is the most personable and dedicated Doctor! He always makes me feel special and important to him. He is conservative in his approach which I appreciate and he always takes the time to sit down and discuss my issues. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a OB/GYN in the Concord area. I feel truly blessed to have come across a Doctor who loves what he does and also his patients.
