Had to wait 45 minutes after being called back to the room and wait for Dr. Did not like the fact when the doctor was showing me my MRI, we were not in a private office, we were out in the open where other people could hear us and the phones were ringing. He kept telling me that it was "his job to do surgery" and how many wrecks he's been in. I did like the fact that he was not SCISSOR HAPPY and told me I didn't need surgery AT THIS TIME, but did nothing for my pain. I will not going back.

I love how attentive they are here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They also work with your schedule. If you are in pain, they will find a way to get you seen ASAP.

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

My husband and I came here for a consultation on a lower spinal injury back in Oct of 2006. His office is super fancy and clean and high dollar. Staff was pretty nice for the most part but Dr St Clair was very rude to us. We sat for a long time in the small room and he finally showed up and was done in like 5 mins. We had many questions and concerns and he pretty much just walked in and prescribed some steriods and left. Oh and he walks out still talking to us...totally rude! We went else to get a second option.....

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
