They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
