They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
