The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
