I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite.

She seemed very unorganized and frazzled. Not something I want when I need someone I can trust to monitor and advise me regarding my health and medications.
