It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
