Been going to this practice for over ten years, have always been satisfied with the service. Although sometimes felt, like the medical staff may want to listen / take patient concerns more seriously and address them no matter how big or small. They were always very easy to make an appointment with, even worked me in when needed. I did have to push for a referral to address some of my medical concerns. I was sent to a specialist with in their umbrella. I was EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED, I attempted to communicate with the specialist and the admistrative staff to resolve my concerns. Was left unhappy to their unwillingness for a resolution. Outcome - I've left the practice I've been a patient for over 10 years.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
