My husband was a long-time patient of Dr. Sayles. He visited his office complaining of headaches that were making him black out and strange sensations (which turned out to be pre-seizure auras). Dr. Sayles had his nurse practitioner look him over and show him a "pressure point" on the back of his head to press. He was sent away as a healthy young man with migraines. End of story. A few years later, my husband had a grand mal seizure at work and was transported to the hospital, where he was found to have a grade 3 anaplastic astrocytoma brain tumor. After 2 brain surgeries and all of his right temporal lobe removed, he is finally doing well - no thanks to Dr. Sayles and his team. Save yourself the trouble. Visit a real doctor.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
