Have been a Lincoln Family Practice patient off and on for many years. Never have any issues with staff, waiting on hold or getting an appointment. The PA Courtney (for Dr. Reid) is so wonderful, patient and easy to talk to. She's a great listener and a great PA.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
