He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
