There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The office was easy enough to find.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Dr. Bartee-Allen is on point with all of her diagnosis, she listens to my chattering and then tells me the best medical solutions. She is an exceptional doctor and I have recommended her to my family and friends.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
