If you are looking for the BEST Dermatologist in NC then look no more. DR. Jonathan Crane is the one!
A little over 4 years ago I unfortunately was severely burned on my neck chest and face because of going to a "spa" for a chemical peel. I was horrified and distraught and emotionally and physically distressed.. My career in film and theatre was over.
I went to the best cosmetic surgeon in town and he personally called DR. Crane about my burns. DR. Crane immediately had me come to his office. When I got there the entire staff on the floor embraced me.
Never had I felt so secure and safe since the burns.
DR. Crane .. Took a good look over me... Checked all medications I was using..and and informed me that he would and could put me back together again ..that the only thing he wanted me to do was to believe him and be patient and in time.. I would look like myself again.
Of course... It was hard to believe.. But I took his word and the compassion he and the staff had and left that day with a New Hope.
At first.. I went twice a week.. Sometimes 3 times a week just because it made me feel better to be reassured and DR.Crane encouraged me to come as much as I felt I needed to and though I had no insurance.. He worked with me and told me not to worry.
There were times I would just tear up and cry in that office and he and the staff would show the utmost compassion. They took pictures every-time I went and would show me the progress. I admit there were times I could not look at myself.. And did not look in a mirror for months.
But, all that has changed for me now.
It has been over 4 years now and I am a changed person. Every word DR. Crane said was true, not only did he put me back together again... He has made me look better than before!
He never put me under the knife... No surgeries... Just lasers, silicone masks and creams and Steroid injections at times, And lots of support from the staff and DR. Crane, positive attitudes and encouragements.
There is a whole lot of Love throughout this place. I believe DR. Crane truly loves and enjoys his work and that this is his passion, To help others and by giving people The top notch, highest quality of care one could ever give to another human being.
There is no doubt.. The healing of my face, neck and chest came from not just the procedures, but from the compassion he and the staff gave me every-time I was there... Find out for yourself... Go see him and you will find out for yourself.

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
No, it is their way or the highway
Does this provider give unbiased advice?
Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
