Billing Department was sent back invoices with an authorization and bill to address for submission but they keep sending me the invoice at my residence
Their billing department doesn't do their job. Claiming to have submitted claims with required documentation, repeatedly. It's bad enough that you're ill and have to go to the doctor, but then you get home and have to try to figure out what happened, and who's not doing their job. And I'm not just going to pay a bill 'ad hoc'.
I called my primary insurance provider twice, and on the second call they again said they returned the claim to Western Piedmont AGAIN because they did not provide the required documentation. All they had to do was include one document and resubmit. But they couldn't be bothered.
The doctor was great. Their nursing staff was friendly enough. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
