I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

Yes, it was downright irritating!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
