They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I really appreciated that they didn't schedule my procedures all on the same day, and spread them out over the course of a few weeks. That way, my surgeries didn't take as long, and my risk for complications was reduced. I felt like they really cared about my safety and well-being. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
