have requested call back from dr kim or nurse karen multiple times concerning a loved ones condition which i am on record to be informed on the condition no results no call back very frustrating as a concerned family member ...for i live out of town one star for concerned family member information would give less but u have to pick at least one star

Did a great job of diagnosing a problem that I've had for years. Other MDs misdiagnosed me. However, after a few tests, I am now much better ( not perfect) but my condition is now manageable.

The staff doesn't carer about the patients. Through their incompetence, a prior authorization for a drug that was prescribed by Dr. Kim was denied. It would have been approved but the staff didn't respond to a question from Silverscripts within 72 hours. All they needed to do was say that I don't take nitrates, which I don't. They never responded and the request was denied. They won't answer my phone calls in an attempt to straighten this out. I've never experienced such blatant disregard for a patient or even a person in my life. I'm sure that's why Dr. Kim's ratings are so low with every website. It's his staff and he doesn't even know it.

Great personality for a Dr. who has to treat an area that many of us would like to keep away from treatment of any kind. Made the experience more acceptable and calming. Most importantly, no pain.
