Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

Yes, I was in agony!

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Rich Shapiro very unprofessional. He rushed me with 10 minute exam and wrote me a prescription for eyeglasses and contact lenses.. He wrote the same prescription for both.. contacts were totally wrong and when I rescheduled to correct the issue office cancelled on me.. he rewrote my prescription by crossing old one out and filling in different specs..he told me if 1800contacts called him he would f-n hang up on them.. then i saw him again and told him i was still having issues he tells me to my face TOUGH SH-IT.. avoid this unprofessional idiot..

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
