All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
