I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. All he wanted to do was write up a prescription for an invisible eye infection and I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. It's been 2 months and his office has still not come through with getting me my eye prescription. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their optical shop that carries very stylish selection at good prices. The new optician is very knowledable. Dr. Sobel is an expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in his care. I have referred a number of people in my office and they have all been pleased. My parents are also patients.

All this guy wants to do is sell you frames and lenses. I have an appointment there nearly 2 weeks ago to get a perscription for contacts....after he tried to sell me new frames in my glasses and and then new contacts....his office won't return my calls so I can pick up my perscription WHICH I HAVE ALREADY PAYED FOR. So it looks like it will be at least another week without a lense perscription.
I am amazed at how much attitude thier front desk staff have given me during this ordeal.
