If one searches for Dr Berardi on line there are careful directions and a map...to his old office. Time to change!

Their staff was not friendly. Both the doctor and staff were almost always very condescending. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
