The biggest challenge is to schedule appointment. My child's appointments were cancelled at the last minute 9 (!!!!) times for the past 8 months (!!!).I was not able to get in neither for well or sick visits. This is unexceptable medical service. However, once I get there, they paid close attention to me and most of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better (more relyable) service somewhere else.

My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax.
