Dr. Bancroft made a nasty comment to my daughter when she was a teenager about her weight and made her cry. Because of that, I refused to see him every time we went there. Now years later, this rude, arrogant, nasty man is still making inappropriate comments! Today he made a comment to my grandson about his weight. My grandson is not even his patient! I do not recommend him to anyone! I wouldn't let him treat my dog!
