They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my child feel instantly comfortable.

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
