This doctor refused to listen to my concerns as a mother and as a result, my son is dealing with a lifetime of difficulties and disabilities. I wished that I had never listened to him and trusted my instincts. My family has suffered tremendously and our livelihoods were robbed. Some of his associates were also very uncaring and callous, particularly the female physician, and finally after many years I am sharing what I have endured.

I live in Forest Hills. We moved from another neighborhood. My son had over 104 temperature and I called for them to see him. They would not see him as he was not an existing patient. Turned out he had the flu and pneumonia and required hospitalization. I did go to them once with him after that so he would be in their system. Several years later, after a hurricane, he fell and bruised himself. Our regular pediatrician was closed due to the storm. Forest Hills Pediatric would not see him again as he had not been there for awhile. I would not recommend this practice.

I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored.

The doctor never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and was very considerate. He spent more time with us than other doctors we have visited.

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support
