When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my child feel instantly comfortable.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. We love Dr Garcia and my son really likes the new Nurse Practitioner

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money.
